From now on…
I am not going to allow anyone to make me feel guilty for whatever shame they feel…

And, likewise,
I am not going to feel shame for whatever guilt others feel because of their own actions…

And I am not going to expect that from anybody else
in regard to my feelings or actions either…

Because, that is not my definition of “empathy” or “compassion” at all…
it is simply manipulation.

I recently lost the ability to see beauty. I think I have now found a direction to seek it again. This clay vessel that I am trapped in is cold and grey, I intend to find a way of making it crumble and letting the warmth back in. Thank you for your beautiful word
