Tree Wisdom

Reality dissolves in a
magick light
It shape shifts in the morning mist
Shining Bright

We stand alone but never lonely
Forests green
Giants of an Age in their prime
What a scene!

Aspen shaking in smallest breeze
It shivers
The Willow hangs her branches down
By rivers

Cedar, spruce, pine, tamarack too
Evergreen
Maple, oak, hazel, magick yew
Seldom seen

The giants of the world live on
In our Time
They sing a song of creation
Hear it rhyme

In wreathed boughs the wind is whisp’ring
An Old Tune
Awakening the Ancestors
Coming soon

You can know the false from Truthful
Best of all
Even trees love the colors
In the Fall

So we gather nuts of wisdom
Tempest-proof
While the Great Oak shelters us
‘Neath its roof

Stand alone in Celtic Twilight
If you dare
Seek to bring the Ancient ways back
Feel it There
