Stone Giants
Giants still stand
in their native land
on the Green Isles
Approach Them slow
you soon will know
Their ancient smiles
Their bodies stone
not flesh and bone
unlike you and me
My fingertips
trace ancient lips
gifted memory
Dreams of Old
within the fold
of modern Gael brain
Once we were here
life without fear
and here we will remain
I trace triskele
remember well
the Spiral of the Three
Giants in rings
Their music sings
deeply within me
On hilltops high
Land, Sea, and Sky
connect the Three to me.
